Kicking Opponent Player in the Head, Wahyudi Hamisi Received Heavy Sanctions

Liputan6.com, Jakarta – The PSSI Disciplinary Commission imposed heavy sanctions on PSS Sleman player Wahyudi Hamisi. He was banned from appearing in three matches and was given a fine of IDR 25 million.

Komdis took action following Wahyudi Hamisi's actions in the BRI Liga 1 2023/2024 match against Persebaya Surabaya at Gelora Bung Tomo, March 3.

He kicked Bruno Moreira's head which had fallen. On another occasion, Wahyudi Hamisi also raised his middle finger at the Bajul Ijo players.

“Committed a serious violation against an opposing player, and at another moment in the same match showed a middle finger gesture towards an opposing player,” wrote Komdis' official statement, Monday (11/3/2024).

“The penalty is a ban on playing for three matches since the decision was issued and applies to the closest match and a fine of IDR 25 million,” continued the PSSI Commissioner.
