Mbappe Advised to Move to La Liga or Premier League

Paris, Beritasatu.com – Kylian Mbappe is advised to move to play in La Liga or Premier League competitions if he wants to continue to compete at the top level. This suggestion was conveyed by former Barcelona striker, Hristo Stoichkov.

“He is a great player. We have spoken and he told me his bigger dream is to win the Ballon d’Or. It is difficult to reach his level and even more so to stay at that level,” Stoichkov told Stats Perform.

Mbappe’s future at PSG is currently facing uncertainty. Having refused to join Real Madrid last year in favor of a new two-year contract at the Parc des Princes, Mbappe has now refused to sign a contract extension at PSG.

This made the 24-year-old player excluded from PSG’s pre-season tour in Asia.

Stoichkov suggested Mbappe should force a move abroad if he is to truly challenge himself.

“Maybe PSG chose him, (Lionel) Messi, Neymar, Sergio Ramos and (Gianluigi) Donnarumma to have a competitive team and be able to win the Champions League, but it’s impossible. If Mbappe wants to compete in a big way, he has to go to the Spanish League or the Premier League. In England, there are teams that can sign him, (like) Manchester City, Liverpool or Arsenal,” said Stoichkov.

But according to Stoichkov. Mbappe must choose the path he is most comfortable with because it will not be easy.

“He will have more pressure and more pressure. Kylian is a great guy and very humble. Some people say that he is arrogant, but he is not,” he added.
