Microsoft Stops Support for Android Applications on Windows 11, Why?

Previously, Microsoft rolled out a Windows 11 update with the addition of new features, including New Copilot, Generative Erase, and many more.

The Windows 11 update that Microsoft is rolling out is a combination of system updates and application updates.

Quoted from Android AuthorityTuesday (5/3/2024), Microsoft has announced what it calls the optional update “Moment 5” with a number of improvements.

These improvements will be made to Copilot, Generative Erase in the Photos application, Silence Removal in Clipchamp, improvements to Window Snapping, and many more.

For your information, Copilot on Windows already supports it plugins to access information from various third-party applications and services.

In late March 2024, Microsoft also announced Copilot in Windows can help to customize more PC settings and access more tools and information.

Device Information

• Show available Wi-Fi Networks
• Show IP address
• Show available storage space
• Empty the Recycle Bin

Not only that, the Photos app on Windows 11 is getting a new AI-powered Generative Erase feature. So, users can now remove unwanted objects from photos.
