Qualifying for the U-23 Asian Cup Semifinals, Menpora Dito Ariotedjo Prepares Bonuses for the Indonesian National Team

Jakarta, Beritasatu.com – Minister of Youth and Sports (Menpora) Dito Ariotedjo admitted that he would give a bonus to the Indonesian U-23 National Team who managed to qualify for the semifinals after beating South Korea in the U-23 Asian Cup in Qatar.

“There definitely will be reward-his. Rewards And awards“, later it will be given through PSSI,” said Minister of Youth and Sports Dito Ariotedjo at the location, Friday (26/4/2024).

The Minister of Youth and Sports assessed that the success of the Indonesian National Team was due to the solidarity of all elements of the National Team and PSSI. He hopes that the Indonesian national team will be able to qualify for the 2024 Paris Olympics.

“Of course this is the pride and happiness of all Indonesian people. I appreciate all elements of our national football team and of course PSSI. Hopefully it will be a new history for Indonesian football to be able to qualify for the Olympics in Paris. Please support and pray,” he said again.

Previously, President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) said he was proud of the achievements of the Indonesian U-23 National Team which crushed South Korea in the quarter-finals of the AFC U-23 Asian Cup in Qatar via a penalty shootout.

“Extraordinary achievement from the U-23 Indonesian National Team which defeated South Korea. “The first time Indonesia has reached the semifinals in this competition, it is very historic,” wrote President Jokowi on the X Joko Widodo account, Friday (26/4/2024).

Jokowi gave encouragement to the Indonesian national team and hopes to take advantage of the golden opportunity to advance to the 2024 Paris Olympics.
