Sudirman Cup: Rinov/Gloria lose, Indonesia 0-1 China

– Indonesia temporarily lagged 0-1 to China in the quarter-finals of the 2023 Sudirman Cup which was held at the Suzhou Olympic Sports Center, China, Friday (19/5/2023). This was after in the first match, Rinov Rivaldy/Gloria Emanuelle Widjaja, they were defeated by the world number one pair, Zheng Si Wei/Huang Ya Qiong.

In the first game, Rinov/Gloria were able to quickly win 8-4, 9-5 to 11-5. Excellence continues to be maintained until won 21-13.

Fierce resistance began to be received by Rinov/Gloria in the second game. Had a 3-2 lead, the score was tied 3-3. Rinov/Gloria won 6-4 to 11-8 to 18-14. However, the opponent’s pressure put Rinov/Gloria under pressure. As a result, Rinov/Gloria made their own mistakes so that the opponent was able to cut the distance to equalize the score at 19-19.
