Simone and Simaria On the night of Saturday, April 30th, performed on stage at CTN, in São Paulo. The duo sang their greatest hits and even surprised the fans by calling their mother, Mara Mendes , to sing.

 Seven years after the enormous success of the DVD “ Bar das Coleguinhas ”, a great turning point in their careers, Simone & Simaria have reopened the “bar”, which will be divided and presented in two EPs. 

After the release of the first track, “Rapariga”, made available in January, the time has come to discover two more songs that are coming to rock the fans: “Homem É Tudo Igual” and “Amigas”, in addition to the re-recordings “Cabou, Cabou”, “São Amores” and the great success “Eu Te Puxo, Tu Me Lambe”. The full album will be available in July.

Recorded in an intimate format at the traditional country house Villa Country (SP), in February 2020, the fourth DVD of the sisters’ career featured special guest appearances and a lot of suffering, in addition, of course, to good moods.

The new work was inspired by the first “Bar das Coleguinhas”, which took the sisters all over the country and conquered the public with the hits “Meu Violão e o Nosso Cachorro”, “When Mel is Good”, among many others.

MOTHER’S DAY CAMPAIGN

For the first time in their career,  Simone  and  Simaria  appeared alongside their mother,  Mara Mendes , for an advertising campaign . The action is part of the shoe brand My Shoes to celebrate Mother’s Day. Named “Meu Jeito, Seu Jeito, My Shoes”, the campaign records the connection and real friendship between mothers and daughters.

The three posed for the photos at the singer Simone’s house, in São Paulo, to reinforce the concept of connection and real life. Between one click and another, Simaria said that this was the first campaign in which her mother participated: “It was a delight to do this campaign with my mother. (Simone and Simaria)

I remember when I was little, we had nothing and look how God does things, today my mother is with me in a campaign that my sister and I always dreamed of. It was really nice to do, we laughed and had fun, so in the photos you will see the lightness and brightness of our smiles.” 

The campaign will also have the participation of digital influencers Mari Saad, Jade Seba, Luisa Accorsi, Duda Riedel with the mothers and Gabi Brandt with their children.
