3 Europa League Play-off Matches Marked with Red Cards

In another match, Young Boys surrendered 1-3 to visitors Sporting in a match that was marked by a red card in the 88th minute for Mohamed Ali Camara after receiving two yellow cards.

Meanwhile, Galatasaray won through goals scored by Kerem Demirbay in the 19th minute, Dries Martens (60), and Mauro Icardi (90+1). Sparta responded through Angelo Preciado in the 47th minute and Jan Kuchta (65th).

This match was marked by two red cards each for Galatasaray player Viktor Nelsson in the 62nd minute and Sparta midfielder Matej Rynes who received a second yellow card in the 80th minute.

At Hamburg's Volksparkstadion, hosts Shakhtar Donetsk drew 2-2 with French club Olympique Marseille.

Marseille took the lead thanks to Pierre Emerick Aubamayang's action in the 16th minute. Shakhtar equalized thanks to Mykola Matviilenko's action in the 68th minute.

The visitors took the lead again thanks to the action of substitute Iliman Ndiaye in the 90th minute. However, this was not the last goal in this match. The hosts equalized the score at 2-2 thanks to a goal scored by Egionaldo in the 90+2 minute.

Benfica achieved a 2-1 victory over German club Freiburg thanks to a goal from the penalty spot scored by Angel Di Maria in the 68th minute. Mikkel Desler brought the visitors to equalize the score in the 75th minute,
