Threads function is similar to Twitter. In appearance it is cleaner, but in function, it is quite similar to Twitter.

The user’s username is placed at the very top of the timeline, then below it is the uploaded status update.

At the bottom, there is a heart (like), comment, re-upload and share the upload either to Instagram Story, Feed, copy link, or share via other platforms.

That means, other users can like other users’ Thread uploads, reply to them, re-upload, or share them.

It also displays how many users have replied to a Threads upload and how many have given likes.

Meanwhile, at the very bottom of the Threads timeline, there is a Home symbol, search, space for making new uploads, a heart to see notifications that enter the user’s account, as well as a person logo that allows users to view their profile.

When users click on the Heart or Love logo at the very bottom, notifications appear, starting from accounts asking to follow our account, replies to uploads, and mentions that will come in when another user mentions our username.
