Amado Batista receives court summons before show – Cidades na Net

Amado Batista was summoned by the Court on Thursday night (23/5). The subpoena refers to the lawsuit filed by his ex-partner, Layza Felizardo, who seeks recognition of the stable union between them and its dissolution.

According to Portal Leo Dias, since the beginning of the process, the Court had difficulty finding the singer at his residence, but managed to locate him in Talismã, a city in Tocantins.

The influencer started dating the artist when she was 17 years old and stayed with him for five years. After the end of the relationship, she stated that she was a victim of domestic violence and exposed betrayal by the singer.

Layza claims that, after the separation, the two made an agreement in which she would receive financial help until she found a new job and would have a place to live. However, Amado Batista would have backtracked and said that dating him was already a gift.

In the action, Layza asks for R$10,000 in temporary food, an amount that would be necessary for her maintenance.
