Andre Onana’s reason for choosing 24 Manchester United uniforms was revealed, due to superstition?

Manchester United completed the signing of Onana from Inter Milan on Thursday (20/7/2023). The Red Devils paid over 50 million euros for the goalkeeper from Camoon.

Speaking to MU’s official website, Onana stated that he was ready to defend the goal and contribute to the team. He wants to win big at Old Trafford.

“Joining Man Utd is an incredible honor and I have worked hard my whole life to reach this moment. I overcame many obstacles along the way,” said Andre Onana.

“Walking out at Old Trafford to defend our goal and contribute to the team will be another great experience. This is the start of a new journey for me, with new teammates, and new ambitions to strive for.”
