SEA VLeague: Indonesian National Volleyball Team Aground the Philippines 3-0

Jakarta, Beritasatu.com – The first victory was successfully packaged by the Indonesian men’s volleyball team on the opening day of the SEA VLeague which was held at the Candradimuka Sports Center, Padepokan Volleyball Police General Kunarto, Sentul, Bogor.

The Indonesian national team managed to beat the Philippines with a score of 3-0 (25-20, 25-22, 25-19) in the first match of the SEA VLeague, Friday (21/7/2023).

Since the beginning of the match, the team coached by coach Jeff Jiang has always excelled in scoring. Having tried to catch up with the Philippines in scoring, the Indonesian national team ended up winning three sets.

Coach from China Jeff Jiang welcomed this victory.

“Fighting the Philippines is an important preparation for facing tough opponents like Vietnam and Thailand in tournaments between countries in Southeast Asia,” said Jeff, Friday (21/7/2023).

This victory made Indonesia temporarily at the top of the standings with three full points, the same as Thailand, which won 3-0 in the previous game over Vietnam.

Indonesia is scheduled to be challenged by Vietnam, Saturday (22/7/2023). While the Philippines will face Thailand on the same day.
