Bodybuilder Justyn Vicky Dies After a 210 Kilogram Barbell Breaks His Neck

Jakarta, Beritasatu.com – A bodybuilder from Indonesia who also influencesr fitness, Justyn Vicky died after breaking his neck because he failed to lift a barbell weighing 210 kilograms. This incident occurred when Justyn Vicky was training at The Paradise Bali gym in Sanur, Bali on 15 July 2023.

During the exercise, Justyn Vicky was actually accompanied by a supervisor. In the circulating video, you can see Justyn Vicky in a standing position trying to lift a barbell. He places an iron barbell on the back or under the neck with a supervisor standing behind him.

After that he sat down and tried to stand up. Unfortunately, Justyn Vicky was not strong enough to stand up due to the weight of the dumbbells. He sat down then fell backwards with the iron barbell position bending the back of his neck. With all of her strength, Justyn pushed the barbell forward to get it off her neck.

He then fell backwards and was laid on the supervisor’s side.

Justyn Vicky was said to have been rushed to the hospital to undergo emergency surgery, but not long after that his life could not be saved.

It is known that Justyn Vicky is a nutrition and weight loss trainer and bodybuilder. She has nearly 30,000 followers on Instagram, her popularity skyrocketing with her workout photos and videos.
