Charity of Piauí holds the 5th São João das Mães, pays tribute and values ​​culture – Cidades na Net

To celebrate Mother's Day and keep the tradition of June festivals alive, the Piauí Charity City Hall promoted, last Saturday night (8), the 5th edition of São João das Mães.

The event took place in a public square – which received a special themed decoration – and brought together hundreds of mothers and their families in a night of many tributes, emotion and joy.

The main objective was to celebrate and honor mothers with messages of thanks, gifts and gestures of affection, recognizing the love, affection and dedication they have for their children and the entire family.

A documentary video shown at the event, with the theme “Mothers who inspire, mothers who overcome, mother eternal love”, showed stories of hard-working and inspiring mothers who, with resilience and lots of love, face and overcome daily challenges to raise their children.

Pregnant mothers who are expecting their children also received special attention and were honored with messages of inspiration and encouragement, and receiving flowers. “Everything will be fine and this will be the best experience of your lives.”, said the heart center letter, read at the event.

Another moment that attracted the public's attention was the shadow theater presentation. The program also included a musical performance with singer Giovane Lima, the dance competition 'Quente e Gelado' and the performance of the June gang 'Raízes do Sertão', which brought a show of choreography, joy, colors and fun to São João da Mothers.

One of the most anticipated moments of the night was the 'Arraiá de Prêmios', with the draw of more than 130 good prizes, such as refrigerator, television, stove, air fryer, microwave, blenders, electric pans, electric barbecues , fans, electric irons, bed kits, sandwich makers, beauty kits, straighteners and dryers, six-packs, pan kits, among others.

Mayor Toninho de Caridade, who is also president of APPM, participated in the event alongside First Lady Samires Silva and other local authorities.

On the Cidades na Net portal, the manager spoke of the joy of promoting the 5th São João das Mães.
