Crypto Prices Today March 17, 2024: Solana Leads Gains

Liputan6.com, Jakarta The prices of Bitcoin and other top cryptocurrencies were observed to experience mixed movements on Sunday (17/3/2024). The majority of top cryptocurrencies were observed to be in the red zone again.

Based on data from Coinmarketcap, the cryptocurrency with the largest market capitalization, Bitcoin (BTC), is still weakening. Bitcoin corrected 2.51 percent in 24 hours and 2.73 percent in a week.

Currently, the price of Bitcoin is at USD 66,625 or the equivalent of IDR 1.04 billion (assuming an exchange rate of IDR 15,646 per US dollar).

Ethereum (ETH) also weakened. ETH fell 1.98 percent in the past day and 8.74 percent in the week. That way, currently ETH is at the level of IDR 55.7 million per coin.

The next crypto, Binance coin (BNB) also weakened. In the last 24 hours BNB fell 0.78 percent, but still rose 19.39 percent a week. This makes BNB priced at IDR 9.08 million per coin.

Then Cardano (ADA) was back in the red zone. ADA plunged 6.49 percent in the last 24 hours and 10.46 percent on the week. That way, ADA is at the level of IDR 10,394 per coin.

Meanwhile, Solana (SOL) is still mighty. SOL flies 0.46 percent in a day and 22.91 percent in a week. Currently, the price of SOL is at the level of IDR 2.80 million per coin.

XRP was observed to still be in the red zone. XRP slumped 3.78 percent in 24 hours and 3.03 percent in the week. In this way, XRP is now priced at IDR 9,444 per coin.

Meme coin Dogecoin (DOGE) is still weakening. In the last day DOGE fell 12.42 percent and 23.06 percent a week. This makes DOGE trade at IDR 2,192 per token.

Stablecoin Tether

Stablecoin Tether (USDT) and USD coin (USDC) both strengthened 0.01 percent today. This means that the prices of both of them remain at the USD 1.00 level

Meanwhile, Binance USD (BUSD) strengthened 0.01 percent in the last 24 hours, leaving its price still at the USD 1.00 level.

Meanwhile, today's overall crypto market capitalization is at USD 2.52 trillion or the equivalent of IDR 39,429 trillion.
