Hojlund Will Show His Sharpness Again

Jakarta, Beritasatu.com – Manchester United striker, Rasmus Hojlund, is expected to score another goal when the team nicknamed the Red Devils visits Luton Town's home ground, Kenilworth Road Stadium, Sunday (18/2/2023) at 23.30 WIB.

This striker from Denmark has scored five consecutive goals in the last five matches played by his club. He scored consecutive goals when playing 2-2 against Tottenham Hotspur, when winning 4-2 over Newport County, winning three points at home to Wolverhamton Wanderes (4-3), beating West Ham United (3-0), and winning 2 -1 over Aston Villa.

He is also predicted to break into the opponent's goal again when his performance is currently on the rise. This prediction became even stronger after Luton Town suffered defeat in their last appearance on 10 February.

The team coached by Rob Edward really performed well when they held Newcastle United to a 4-4 draw the week before. However, they lost 1-3 when they met Sheffield United last week.

This strengthens predictions that they will suffer another defeat when facing the visiting team from Manchester.

Luton will appear without Marvelous Nakamba, Tom Lockyer and Mads Andersen who are absent due to injury. New recruit Daiki Hashioka is still picking up speed after arriving in January.

In the MU camp, Lisandro Martinez has to be absent for up to eight weeks due to a knee injury. United will remain without the injured Anthony Martial, Tyrell Malacia, Mason Mount and Aaron Wan-Bissaka. Luke Shaw was substituted as a precaution at Aston Villa last weekend, and will be a doubt here.

As the sole striker, Hojlund will be the focus of the front line. The former Atalanta striker will be supported by Alejandro Garnacho, Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford.

Two midfielders Casemiro and Kobbie Mainoo will partner in front of the defense line which will likely be filled with Diogo Dalot, Raphael Varane, Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof. They will guard goalkeeper Andre Onana.

Meanwhile, the home side will use a 3-4-2-1 formation. Elijah Adebayo will be trusted as the sole spearhead.

This English striker of Nigerian descent will be supported by the duo Andros Townsend and Carlton Morris. This 41 year old coach will place four players in midfield, namely Chiedozie Ogbene, Albert Lokonga, Ross Barkley and Alfie Doughty.

Manchester United's improved form continued when they secured victory away to Aston Villa last Sunday, making it five wins from their last six games.
