André Marques, 44, used his social networks this Sunday (14), to share with his followers that he has not smoked cigarettes for 30 days.

Marques surprised by revealing the number of cigarettes he smoked. “Three or even four packs a day, believe it or not,” he said. He added that he gained a few kilos because of the habit “It's very difficult, I gained 4 or 5 kilos. I’m more anxious than I already am, but it’s possible!”, he continued. .

“It's an ongoing struggle. I am 1 month clean and the people close to me are proud and impressed”, he added.
