'I'll live another two or three years', predicts Carlos Alberto de Nóbrega – Cidades na Net

On the eve of his 88th birthday, presenter Carlos Alberto de Nóbrega participated in the Chega Mais program, on SBT, this Monday, 11th. During his interview, he recalled the domestic accident he suffered in November 2023 and declared that “ He’s not afraid of anything anymore.”

“We are all going to die one day”, he explained. “But I’m afraid of having a stroke. It's much worse than falling. If I have any other illness, as medicine is advanced, I will live for another two or three years. But spill it… if your mouth bends, the fun is over,” he said.

At the time of the accident, the comedian's son told Fofocalizando, on SBT, that the presenter tripped over his slipper, fell down the stairs, hit his face and head. Carlos Alberto even showed the scars he acquired after his first brain surgery. However, after the discovery of bleeding in the skull, Nóbrega returned to the hospital, underwent another operation and was hospitalized for 19 days.

“When I fell, the first thing I did was run my hand over my teeth,” he said. “I had a recording on Wednesday, and my dentist son was in Europe. Then I thought: 'If my teeth are in order, I'll record on Wednesday'.”

However, the case was not that simple. “The doctor said: 'There are two bleeds'. Then I really got scared”, recalled the presenter, who guarantees that he is fine now.
