ING customer experience – ING suffered from a technical glitch on Monday morning, causing customers to experience problems with transfers via the app and the website. It is still possible to log in and view the balance.

The problems arose around 10:15 a.m. on Monday. What exactly is going on is not known. On Twitter, the bank says that something goes wrong with the processing of payments, making that temporarily impossible.

It is unknown when the malfunction was resolved. “We are working a solution,” the bank reports. “We are sorry for the inconvenience.”

The signalling service Allestoringen.nl has already received several thousand reports from ING customers who experience problems with online banking.
