Naturalization of Current Players, PSSI Expresses Thanks to the DPR

Jakarta, Beritasatu.com – PSSI would like to thank the Chairman of the DPR, Puan Maharani, who has signed the naturalization documents on behalf of Ragnar Oratmangoen, Thom Haye, and Maarten Paes.

Previously, Commissions X and III also approved the citizenship requests of the three players on Thursday (7/3/2024). PSSI also appreciates the assistance of Commissions X and III of the DPR so far.

''PSSI would also like to thank Commissions X and III of the DPR who have always helped PSSI regarding the naturalization program. “Thank you also to the Chair of the DPR, Puan Maharani, who has signed this citizenship application,” said PSSI Secretary General Yunus Nusi, Wednesday (13/3/2024).

PSSI will then continue the naturalization process in accordance with applicable regulations. Ragnar Oratmangoen and Thom Haye plus Nathan Tjoe A On and Jay Idzes will be Indonesia's new force against Vietnam in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Vietnam.

The Indonesian National Team coach, Shin Tae-yong (STY), is increasingly optimistic because of the preparations that have been made by the Indonesian National Team, especially with the presence of several new players who have been naturalized,

“Earlier I reported the latest progress of each player. Overall the players' condition is good. Some of the players I met in Europe were also in the best condition.
