Persib hasn’t won yet, Ezra Walian is sad

– The opening three matches of League 1 have been passed by Persib Bandung. Unfortunately, Maung Bandung, nicknamed Persib, hasn’t won a single victory yet.

Persib’s first three matches ended in a draw. Finally, Persib was held by Dewa United 2-2 at the Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium (GBLA), Friday (14/7/2023) evening. Persib almost lost this match if Ezra Walian did not save with the equalizer he scored.

Ezra admitted that he was saddened by this draw. But he emphasized that the players had tried their best.

“Persib has tried to play well and strong. We didn’t win, but we didn’t lose. Persib had to win, but tonight we didn’t lose,” said the number 9 player during the post-match press conference.

Ezra promised to focus on the next match and work hard again in training. Ezra was grateful to be able to contribute through goals in the final minutes.

“I am very happy to be able to help the team. All the players will work hard again in training. Coach also works hard. “Focus on the next game,” he said.
