Quality Premium and Local Content, the Key to Video Success in Winning Users' Hearts

Vidio itself successfully held the Vidio Goes to Campus (VGTC) event at President University Cikarang, Bekasi. This event was attended directly by Vidio Managing Director Hermawan Sutanto and Liputan6 News Presenter Beverly Gunawan.

This Goes to Campus video was held at Charles Himawan Auditorium President University. This event was warmly welcomed by the President University students who attended, where they looked enthusiastic in receiving the material provided.

President University Chancellor Handa S. Abidin said he was very enthusiastic about the Vidio Goes to Campus event.

“The material presented at today's event received enthusiasm from the students, the presentation presented was interactive and liked by the students,” said Handa to Techno Liputan6.com at President University Cikarang, Wednesday (8/5/2024).

He added that the success of Vidio.com, which is the most widely used OTT (Over-The-Top) platform in Indonesia, can be an inspiring lesson.

“Vidio.com's efforts can be a study case that can inspire local industries to be able to compete with global companies,” said Handa.

President University Business Faculty Dean Dr Irwan Permana also expressed his opinion regarding the event held by Vidio.

He believes that with a strong strategy and approach, local companies can attract users and win the competition.

“In many countries, a number of local companies actually attract more users to use local products instead of using foreign products,” said Iman.
