Actress Samara Felippo once again made allegations against her ex-husband, former basketball player Leandrinho Barbosa. According to her, the former player had delayed two months of his daughters' pension. The artist also accused Leandrinho of having lent R$1.5 million to his current wife after asking for a reduction in his pension.

Estadão contacted the former player's team for a new statement, but has not yet received a response. Leandrinho had commented on a first video published by Samara, in which the actress accused him of fraud in the purchase of property.

“I don't know if it's retaliation against me for this story being exposed. I just know that I am now alone, having to pay for all the girls' expenses”, said the actress when commenting on the pension delay.

According to her, half of the pension is used for her daughters' health and schooling and the other is used to pay the rent. Samara then returned to mentioning the complaint she had made against the former player. According to her report, the artist discovered that the property they had acquired together was in the name of Leandrinho's brother.

Samara said that she separated from her ex-husband in 2013, a period in which she experienced postpartum depression, and stated that, at the time, Leandrinho had pressured her to comply with a pension agreement while demanding rent if she remained in the house in who lived together. “He offered a price that was shameful,” she declared.

A year later, the actress reportedly reached a new agreement with a higher pension amount. After the birth of two other children, the former player reportedly made a request for a pension reduction for his first daughters.

Samara reported that Leandrinho had argued that it would be “very difficult” to cover the costs of all the children. “If it was so difficult to bear the costs of two daughters, why did you have two more? What about responsible parenthood? Where is it?” she asked.

The actress continued with the story, saying that her daughters only see their father during holidays “when possible, when there is not much commitment”. The artist also stated that Leandrinho would not have “any difficulty”, since the former player, in 2021, would have lent R$1.5 million to his current wife.

Understand the case

Samara Felippo recorded a video with accusations against Leandrinho on the 19th. The former basketball player's ex-wife revealed that, for 10 years, she has been trying to recover money by selling a property that they acquired while they were still married. According to the complaint, the property was acquired in 2008. Samara would have used money from the sale of another property that was in her name as a down payment.

“We decided to buy a house in an upscale neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro. I sold my only asset to give as part of the purchase of our house. It’s obvious that he didn’t need it (…) I didn’t even pay attention to contracts, buying, selling and negotiations,” he said.

Samara explained that, after they divorced, she discovered that the house was in her ex-husband's brother's name and that, therefore, she had no right to the property. “I have been fighting in court for almost 10 years. The Court has already approved it and nothing has been done. The house was sold and I received nothing. I have all the proof,” she claimed.

The following day, Leandrinho spoke out about the accusation made by his ex-wife. The former basketball player accused the actress of lying about the case in a note published on his Instagram.

“There is effectively a judicial process that is being processed in secret and, for this reason, I am prevented from exposing all the details. I clarify that, when we were together, we purchased a property whose resources on my part were much greater. Mrs. Samara was always aware that the property was in my brother's name, and she even agreed with that.”

He also said that, after the separation, Samara continued to live in the house for two years, while he paid the monthly expenses, without carrying out the necessary maintenance on the property, which reduced the market value of the property.

“Finally, I inform you that my lawyers made several settlement proposals to close the process, all of which were denied by her, who never agrees with the values ​​offered,” he said.

He ended the statement by saying that he will not comment on the case again.
