A SimpleVet is a company that develops a system for managing veterinary clinics and pet shops that currently serves more than 19,000 institutions around Brazil.

They have always been very concerned about their positioning in the market and communication with the target audience, but, at a time of their growth, they needed a strategy to Digital marketing with a focus on new experiments – until then, all acquisition and experimentation was the responsibility of the sales team.

As it is a complete solution, during the initial stage we focused a lot on creating distribution of rich materials (eBooks, spreadsheets, etc.) to educate the target audience. We then distributed these materials on social media and nurtured the leads obtained until they were qualified as opportunities by a marketing automation tool.

After this automatic qualification, the sales team took action to “close the sale” over the phone.

In three months, we managed to create a consistent flow of new experiments, as well as a solid strategy for Content Marketing and even some actions of Outbound Marketing.
