Telkomsel Announces New Composition of Directors Post AGMS, Following is the List

Liputan6.com, Jakarta – Telkomsel has held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) at the Telkomsel Smart Office Jakarta, Friday (10/5/2024). At the AGMS, Telkom Indonesia and Singtel as shareholders of Telkomsel made several changes to members of the board of directors.

Through the official statement received, Telkomsel's AGMS appointed Daru Mulyawan as Director of Finance & Risk Management to replace Mohamad Ramzy.

Then, Indrawan Ditapradana was also appointed as Director of Human Capital Management replacing R. Muharam Purbawamukti effective May 10 2024.

Then, Joyce Shia was appointed Director of Information Technology replacing Bharat Alva. This decision will be effective on May 31, 2024.

According to Telkomsel Vice President Corporate Communications & Social Responsibility Saki Hamsat Bramono, the appointment of the new composition of Telkomsel's Commissioners and Directors is in line with Telkomsel's strategy as the leading digital telecommunications service provider in Indonesia.

For this reason, this determination will also continue to accelerate the development of broadband services in order to strengthen Indonesia's digital ecosystem in an inclusive and sustainable manner, encourage and develop the use of the latest digital telecommunications technology, and improve the company's business performance.
