U-23 Asian Cup Player Lineup, Australia vs Indonesia

Jakarta, Beritasatu.com – The Indonesian U-23 national team will meet Australia in the second match of the group A preliminary round of the U-23 Asian Cup, at the Abdullah bin Khalifa Stadium, Thursday (18/4/2024) starting at 20.00 WIB.

Indonesia is now in last place in Group A standings after giving up 0-2 in the first match against Qatar. Apart from losing, Indonesia also had to lose two players, namely Ivar Jenner and Ramadhan Sanantha, because the referee was sent off.

Meanwhile, Australia finished second after drawing 2-2 in the first match with Jordan.

In the match against Australia, coach Shin Tae-yong played with a 3-5-2 pattern. He fielded Fajar Fathur Rahman and Jeam Kelly Sroyer as a duo on the front line.

They are supported by five players, namely Nathan Tjoe-A-On, Rafael Struick, Witan Sulaeman, Marselino Ferdinan, and Pratama Arhan. The back line was entrusted to Muhammad Ferrari, Komah Teguh, and Rizky Ridho. They will guard goalkeeper Ernando Ari.
