Wolverhampton Loans Justin Hubner to Japanese Club Cerezo Osaka
Todaysgist.com, Jakarta- Premier League club Wolverhampton Wanderers finally decided to loan Indonesian defender Justin Hubner. The former FC Den Bosch player will be sent to school at Japanese League (J-League) club Cerezo Osaka.
Hubner will play at Cerezo Osaka for a year. The confirmation of Hubner's loan was announced on Tuesday 12 March 2024 afternoon WIB. However, Hubner's transfer will only be made official after the visa is issued.
Because he has to defend the Indonesian National Team in the 2026 World Cup Qualifications, Hubner will only join the Cerezo Osaka squad at the end of March. Hubner defends the Garuda Squad from 17 to 27 March 2024.
“I am very happy to be joining Cerezo Osaka. I can't wait to meet all the fans and supporters and show them how I play. Let's make this a great season,” said Hubner on the club's official website.
This 20 year old player was sent to school by Wolverhampton to get more flying hours at senior level. Hubner is at Wolverhampton playing for the under-21 team.
Before joining Osaka, Hubner was linked with several other clubs on loan. There is Lionel Messi's club, Inter Miami and the Malaysian team Johor Dahrul Ta'zim.
