The interim coach of Rans Nusantara FC, Francis Wewengkang, revealed the whereabouts of Hamka Hamzah who was listed on the list of players. “Hamka as a manager also doubles as a player,” he said, during a press conference after the match, Friday (8/3/2024).

Francis said that Hamka was on the line-up list to replace a foreign player at the back who was absent due to injury. Hamka was included as an additional player for the defender.

“So we have indeed prepared that,” he explained.

According to him, if there is an opportunity, Hamka will be played depending on the situation on the field. Francis said that fighting Persik Kediri was a match that was felt to be very difficult.

Rans tried to play as he wanted, but the opponent still lost the final score. “We stole a goal first and took the lead, but the kids lacked focus in defense in the second half,” explained Francis.
