Jorge Martin Welcomes Positive News of Fermin Aldeguer Promotion to MotoGP 2025

Todaysgist.com, Jakarta – MotoGP 2024 starts next week. However, the issue of driver transfers for next season is already circulating widely. The latest news says that Fermin Aldeguer will fill one of the seats at Prima Pramac Racing in the 2025 edition.

Responding to these rumors, Jorge Martin believes that his compatriot is ready to compete in MotoGP. Even though he is only ranked third in Moto2 2023 behind Pedro Acosta and Tony Arbolino, Aldeguer showed great potential by winning the last four series last season.

“I think he is ready. Aldeguer is showing off ahead of the end of 2023. Now he has to show off his capacity throughout the season. Now Aldeguer is the strongest racer in Moto2,” said Martin, reported by Crash.

This season Prima Pramac Racing relies on Jorge Martin and Franco Morbidelli. Both racers are under contract until MotoGP 2024 is completed. Martin previously emphasized his desire to defend the factory team next year, regardless of whether he is with Ducati or not.

Meanwhile, Morbidelli experienced a bad start to his career at Prima Pramac Racing. He was injured while taking part in testing at the WorldSBK event, so he missed the official 2024 MotoGP tests in Sepang and Lusail.
