The 2023/2024 Student Basketball League Competition Begins with the Jakarta Series

Jakarta, Beritasatu.com – The biggest student basketball league in the country, the 2023-2024 Honda DBL season is back. The battle for the early rounds of the DKI Jakarta Series is divided into four regions or regions.

Champion and runner-up from each region will later be brought together in the prestigious Championship Series phase which will roll out from 6 to 12 November.

The long series of Honda DBL with Good Day Coffee in the capital city series will start in the West Jakarta area (West Region) at GOR Grogol, Petamburan. A total of 12 men’s teams and nine women’s teams will compete against each other for the status of finalists from this region to qualify for the Championship Series phase to represent West Jakarta.

“DBL Indonesia as the organizer is able to maintain the consistency of holding school-level basketball competitions very well. I appreciate DBL’s consistency in developing the potential of young athletes, especially in DKI Jakarta,” said the General Chairperson of Perbasi DKI Jakarta, Lexyndo Hakim in Jakarta, Tuesday (25/7/2023).

Honda DBL with Good Day Coffee for the 2023-2024 season will be held in 30 cities and 22 provinces throughout Indonesia, from Aceh to Papua. Taking place in a marathon, starting with the Surabaya Series which opened on Friday, 21 July 2023.

This long series of the biggest student basketball league will be closed in Kupang City (East Nusa Tenggara Series) in March 2024.
