Group Head Customer Contact Center XL Axiata, M. Yunus, said that network reliability is indeed a challenge for operators, including XL Axiata. However, the company ensures that it is able to serve the surge in traffic that occurs during Eid al-Fitr.

“XL Axiata has taken anticipatory steps to ensure that the XL Axiata network is able to serve the surge in traffic throughout the long Eid holiday,” said Yunus, quoted from XL Axiata's statement, Sunday (7/4/2024).

Yunus said, apart from the network, XL Axiata also specifically prepared customer service. A total of more than 500 officers contact center who are on standby 24 hours a day to help customers who need information or experience problems with their services.
