Transfer Market: Juventus and Inter Milan Successfully Recruit the Son of a Legend

Inter also signed another son of a legend. Marcus is the son of the 1998 World Cup winner from France Lilian Thuram.

He signed a five-year contract with Inter with a value of 6.5 million euros (around Rp. 106 billion) per season.

Thuram Junior scored 13 goals for Borussia Moenchengladbach in the Bundesliga last season. He decided not to renew his contract after four seasons with the German club.

This French player will replace Edin Dzeko who was released to Fenerbahce. Inter’s front line slot is also vacant because Romelu Lukaku returns to Chelsea.

Thuram was born in Parma when his father played there for five seasons. He became part of the legendary squad containing Gianluigi Buffon and Fabio Cannavaro and won several trophies, from the UEFA Cup to the Coppa Italia.
