Drama actor SKY Castle and Mr Queen Song Min Hyung passes away after battling cancer

Liputan6.com, Seoul – Sad news came from veteran South Korean actor, Song Min Hyung. Reporting from Allkpop, Sunday (7/4/2024), the man who appeared in a number of successful Korean dramas includes SKY Castle And Mr Queen He died at the age of 70 years.

South Korean media reported that Song Min Hyung died on April 3 2024, after battling gall cancer. Korean media Maeil Business Newspaper reported that the family confirmed to Yonhap News that the actor died after undergoing surgery for this disease.

Before he died, this man whose real name was Song Gwi Hyun also faced liver cancer which recurred four times. The deceased revealed this when he appeared on a broadcast MBN, Dongchimi, last year.

“When I was filming a drama Jumong, “Liver cancer was found measuring more than 5 centimeters, so I asked for surgery quickly, but (because of filming a drama I ended up holding it in),” he said at the time.

It was also stated that the actor's body was kept at the Seoul Red Cross Hospital, and he was buried at Byeokje Seunghwan.
