Indihome Now Owns Telkomsel, It Has Been Separated from Telkom as of July 1, 2023

Liputan6.com, Jakarta – Starting July 1, 2023, IndiHome officially joined Telkomsel and is no longer under the auspices of Telkom.

Both Telkom and Telkomsel themselves have signed a deed of spin-off, indicating that IndiHome has now been integrated into Telkomsel.

Meanwhile, the signing of the deed of separation was carried out by the Main Director of Telkom, Ririek Adriansyah; and President Director of Telkomsel, Hendri Mulya Syam.

The completion of the IndiHome integration process also made Telkom’s effective ownership in Telkomsel increase to 69.9 percent, while Singtel in Telkomsel became 30.1 percent.

It was stated that this merger aims to create broader, more equitable and reliable broadband services, as well as support the acceleration of digital inclusion and the digital economy in Indonesia.

The completion of the IndiHome Telkomsel integration process also made Telkom’s effective ownership in Telkomsel increase to 69.9 percent, while Singtel in Telkomsel became 30.1 percent.

Starting July 1, 2023, IndiHome customers can contact Telkomsel’s customer touch points when they need information and services, such as Call Center 188, website www.telkomsel.com, email service cs@telkomsel.com, and GraPARI (walk-in).

Meanwhile, IndiHome services, such as the MyIndiHome application, website, Plasa Telkom (walk-in), Call Center 147, and the social media account @IndiHomeCare will continue to serve customers as usual.
