Jinhwan iKON writes letters to fans, says goodbye to military service July 20, 2023

Liputan6.com, Jakarta Jinhwan iKON made an important announcement to fans via an upload on Instagram today, Friday (7/7/2023). The man who was formerly known as Jay iKON stated that he would enter military service or military service in the next two weeks.

There are no photos of his face. In this upload, he shares a photo of the open sky which is blue, with clouds decorated with a pink tint.

“I’m writing this (message) because I think I want you all to know before anyone else. I will be enlisting on July 20,” he wrote.

Next, he poured out his feelings for iKONIC—the name for his group’s fans, including his disappointment ahead of military departure.

“I’m sorry because there are so many things I have prepared but so many things I haven’t had the chance to show you. But because I know the fans who have been waiting for me will be even sadder, I will keep it short,” he said.
