League 1: Bhayangkara FC Optimistic to Conquer Persija

– Bhayangkara FC is optimistic that they can steal points when facing Persija Jakarta in the continuation of League 1 2023/2024 at Patriot Candrabhaga Stadium, Bekasi, Sunday (16/7/2023).

Bhayangkara FC coach Emral Abus said he had analyzed Persija’s strengths and weaknesses. He admitted that Persija should be respected especially with the presence of two new players, Czech defender Ondrej Kudela and Polish midfielder Maciej Gados.

“We, the coaching staff, have analyzed Persija’s strengths and weaknesses that we can use. We have prepared special strategies and tactics to deal with them,” Emral said.

With existing strengths, Emral believes Bhayangkara FC will be able to win.

“Even though we were away and the match in Jakmania was busy, the large audience motivated our players and we can win here,” said Emral.

Bhayangkara FC is currently yet to win after losing the first two matches of the 2023/2024 League 1 season. In the opening match, Monday (3/3/2023), Bhayangkara FC was defeated by PSIS Semarang with a score of 2-3 and then defeated by Rans Nusantara 1-2 last week.
