Synopsis and Review of Dr Romantic 3: The Tension on the Operating Table Continues to the More Intense Romance of Ahn Hyo Seop and Lee Sung Kyung

The scene opens with an attack on a ship. The military tasked with guarding Korean waters found a number of gunshot wound victims, as well as a woman and a child who were hiding. It is known that they are North Korean defectors.
