93rd Birthday, PSSI Promises to Improve Indonesian Football Since the U-9 Academy

Erick Thohir said PSSI would find the best solution for history-makers in Indonesian football. In fact, Erick Thohir promised to find a way out so that history-makers in Indonesian football could live a more decent life in the future.

“Hopefully those who have made achievements for Indonesia can live a decent life in their old age. Today, a day full of history. The guarantee of welfare that raises the red and white flag is sometimes overlooked. This is one of our PR. I promise, the management and I will find a way out for the ladies and gentlemen who are present,” he explained.

Meanwhile, Rully Nere, a living legend of the Indonesian National Team players, expressed his gratitude for the attention of PSSI Chairman Erick Thohir to the people who had defended the Garuda team in the post-independence years.

“Thank you Mr. Erick, the difference between their past and present life must be considered,” said Rully Nere in a short video excerpt.

The same thing was conveyed by another former Indonesian national team player, Yohanes Auri, to the number one person in PSSI. “I personally thank you,” he said.

As is known, PSSI has a unique way of commemorating its 93rd anniversary. PSSI held an iftar event with former Indonesian National Team players and legends.

As many as 17 names of former players and legends from the Indonesian National Team were present at the commemoration of PSSI’s 93rd anniversary. They are Dede Sulaeman, Harry Tjong, Sutan Harhara, Suaeb Rizal, Robbi Binur, Warta Kusuma, and Dudung Abdulah. Also present were Alex Pulalo, Suapri, Yudo Hadyanto, Roni Paslah, Risdianto, Oyong Riza, Yohanis Auri, Muhardi and Junaedi Abdillah.
