From Lembang, the eclipse observed was a partial solar eclipse, with a maximum disk cover of 42.5 percent. This activity cooperates with the ITB Astronomy Study Program.

Observations for the Solar Eclipse will be held on Thursday, April 20 2023 at 08.30 to 12.30 WIB. Even so, eclipse observation at the Bosscha Observatory will only be attended by limited invitees.
