Alia (Alia Bhatt) has left her acting mark in films like ‘Raazi’, ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’, ‘Brahmastra’. Alia, who has been entertaining the audience on the big screen, gifted two flats to her sister Shaheen Bhatt this month. Aaliya has bought a flat for Shaheen in an apartment in Juhu. The cost of this flat is around Rs 7.86 crore. Alia has paid Rs 30 lakh for the stamp duty of this flat. After gifting an expensive flat to her sister Shaheen, Alia has bought herself a plush house in Mumbai’s Bandra area. According to media reports, this house has been bought from Alia’s production company ‘International Sunshine Production Private Limited’. The cost of this house is Rs 37.80 crore. It is reported that Aaliya has paid stamp duty of 2.26 crores to buy the house.
Currently, Alia lives with her husband Ranbir Kapoor and family in a bungalow named Vastu in Bandra. She married Ranbir Kapoor in this bungalow. Soon Alia-Ranbir will shift to Krishnaraj bungalow. The work of this bungalow is going on and both keep going there for inspection.
