Canada Open 2023: Eliminate Indian Doubles, Ahsan/Hendra to the Quarterfinals

– The Indonesian men’s doubles, who are the only mainstay of the Red and White at the 2023 Canada Open, Mohammad Ahsan/Hendra Kurniawan without much difficulty advanced to the quarter-finals.

Ahsan/Hendra passed the last 16 by defeating the Indian pair, Krishna Prasad Garaga/Vishnuvardhan Goud Panjala with a score of 21-9, 21-11 at the Markin Macphail Centre, Canada, Friday (7/7/2023) morning WIB.

In the first set, Ahsan/Hendra only needed 10 minutes to finish the match with a score of 21-9.

Ahsan/Hendra’s game is hard to match. Their dominance continued in the second set with a 21-11 victory with a duration of 13 minutes.

Furthermore, in the quarter-finals Ahsan/Hendra will face the winner between Vinson Chiu/Joshua Yuan and Lee Yang/Wang Chi Lin.

As is well known, Ahsan/Hendra are the only Indonesian representatives to play at the 2023 Canada Open.
