Gia Finally Confirms Defending Jakarta Club Pertamina Enduro in Proliga 2024

Jakarta, Beritasatu.com – The news about Giovanna Milana or Gia playing in the 2024 Indonesian Proliga volleyball league has finally been answered. Past stories On his personal Instagram, Megawati Hangestri Pertiwi's colleague at the South Korean volleyball club Red Sparks confirmed that he would play in the 2024 Proliga for the Jakarta club Pertamina Enduro.

“Blessed to have the opportunity to play in Indonesia this summer,” wrote Gia in stories Instagram while including the Jakarta Pertamina Enduro Instagram account, Friday (5/4/2024).

Previously, it was reported that the volleyball player from the United States (US) would return to the same team as Megawati at the Jakarta BIN club. The collaboration between the two has proven effective when strengthening Red Sparks in the South Korean volleyball league.

Gia and Megawati were the key players who brought Red Sparks through to the round play offs or semi-finals after waiting for 7 years.

However, the dream of many Indonesian volleyball fans to see Gia and Megawati return to the same team in the 2024 Proliga has finally been dashed. Gia will strengthen Jakarta Pertamina Enduro, while Megawati is on the Jakarta BIN team.

Apart from Gia, other world women's volleyball stars taking part in the 2024 Proliga include Polina Rahimova, Madison Rishel, Indre Sorokaite, Liu Yanhan, Bohdana Anisova, as well as several other names that have not been officially announced by the 2024 Proliga participating teams.

The Proliga will start from April 25 to July 21 2024. Seven teams will each participate in the men's and women's teams.
