Luana Piovani loses the case to Pedro Scooby and is prevented from talking about him on social media – Cidades na Net

This Wednesday, the 3rd, Luana Piovani revealed on her Instagram profile that the Portuguese court ruled in favor of her ex-husband, surfer Pedro Scooby, in a case filed by him. “My lawyer came to me today saying that the 'gag sentence' had been issued in Portugal”, began the actress, in a video published in stories.

With the decision, Luana is prevented, under penalty of payment of compensation, from talking about her ex publicly, on the internet. Luana used to use social media to vent and expose Scooby's behavior as a father. On one occasion, she accused the surfer of not wanting to pay full child support. Married between 2013 and 2019, they have three children together: Dom, aged 12, and twins Bem and Liz, aged 8.

“As I was found guilty, there are fines for me talking about the parent, since I can no longer talk about the parent on the internet. I can’t burn his film, as if I needed to burn his film, right?”, joked Luana. “He does such brilliant things. All we have to do is Google it and see the wonderful things they have about him on the internet, including his 'tough' friends and everything and such,” continued the actress.

Luana says that she has already accumulated “six or seven” fines worth 2.5 thousand euros, totaling around 96 thousand reais. “That makes me have my ass in my hand. I don't have that money to give to the Portuguese government because I'm telling the truth on the internet. So what am I going to do? I take all my money out of the account, leaving me penniless – which is great, because now Dad will pay my bills – and I will live on a side job”, said Luana.

The actress also stated that she felt disrespected and coerced in a hearing by the Portuguese judges involved in the case. “I was completely abducted by panic, nervousness and anger”, narrated Luana, saying that she intends to appeal to higher courts. “Here we go to the European Court of Human Rights. The issue is that we have to pay the lawyer's fees and the court fees. And it's difficult, because you spend money to protect yourself and, if you don't have money, you don't protect yourself,” she said.

Luana also commented on the decision of her firstborn, Dom, to return to Brazil to live with Pedro Scooby. The actress lives in the Cascais region, in Portugal, where she moved in 2019 with her then husband. “Of course I made the deal for Dom to go to Brazil. He won, along with all the other forces. And I have another family to look after. I have the mental health of my other two children, my own, my parents… So, the best thing was to let them fulfill the fantasy of a beautiful life with their daddy,” she said.
