This match was also the first debut for the Dewa United team competing in the competitive scene Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Profesional League or MPL ID S12, having previously been runners-up in MDL Season 7.

The battle between the two teams was fierce and exciting, where Dewa United, reinforced by three veteran MPL ID players, was able to beat the team nicknamed the red dragon.
