OpenAI ChatGPT Has a Feature to Delete Conversation History, Here’s How

Meanwhile, some time ago, a study revealed the rapid growth of ChatGPT AI chatbots.

Research conducted by the UBS analytics firm even states that ChatGPT’s growth has succeeded in surpassing the speed of TikTok, applications or other popular services.

They reported that the AI ​​chatbot, which is still in the development stage, has reached more than 100 million monthly active users in January 2023 alone.

Of course this is very fast, considering that ChatGPT was only released to the public on November 30, 2022.

Reported Engadget, Saturday (4/2/2023), in the first month the tool was released alone, there were already around 57 million active monthly users. Meanwhile in January 2023, the platform received visits from around 13 million users every day.

UBS outlines, in comparison, it took TikTok nine months after their global release, to gain 100 million monthly users despite its huge popularity, especially among the younger generation.

UBS analyst Lloyd Walmsley also said Instagram took about two and a half years to reach that point.

However, the researchers cautioned, it remains to be seen whether these chatbots can sustain this level of user interest, in the coming months.
