SEA Games 2023: Karate Contributes 4 Medals for Indonesia

– Four medals namely one gold, two silver and one bronze were won by the Indonesian karate national team at the 2023 SEA Games at the Chroy Changvar Convention Center Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Saturday (6/5/2023)

The gold medal was donated by Ahmad Zigi Zaresta Yuda from the men’s individual word category. Silver went to Anugerah Nurul Lucky and the team for the men’s team kata, Dessyinta Rakawuni Banurea and the team in the women’s team said.

Then bronze was won by Krisda Putri Aprilia in the women’s individual kata number.

“Just now there were four kata matches, two boys and two girls, got one gold, two silver and one bronze. We are still in a series, there are still about 10 more classes tomorrow and the day after tomorrow,” said the manager of the Indonesian karate national team Yusran Arief was quoted as saying BetweenSaturday (6/5/2023).

With the contribution of this medal from karate, for the time being Indonesia has collected a total of six gold, three silver and five bronze as of Saturday (6/5/2023) at 15.24 WIB.
