However, in the last few days, this show was in discussion about saying goodbye to the serial of many actors one by one. Shailesh Lodha Takes Legal Action, who played the lead role of ‘Taarak Mehta’ in the show, also shot the last episode of the serial last year. It has been one year since Shailesh Lodha left the show, he had shot the last episode of his show in April last year, but till now he has not received the outstanding fees for his one year work.
Now according to the latest update, Shailesh Lodha has made up his mind to take legal action against the makers of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. In January this year, there were reports that Shailesh has been waiting for his fees for almost 6 months. In this regard, he also talked to the makers of the serial many times, but things could not be done. He has not yet received his remaining salary. In such a situation, in March, he lodged a complaint against Asit Modi, the director of ‘Taarak Mehta’.
In his complaint, he said that Asit Modi has not yet paid him his dues. He had lodged his complaint with the ‘National Company Law Tribunal’. He said that he wants to solve this issue by sitting with Asit and wants his full salary. Shailesh had lodged his complaint under section 9. On which the hearing is to be held in May.
According to the information, when Shailesh was questioned about this, he said that he does not want to say anything in this matter. But, when Asit was asked a question on the same subject, he said that he is currently traveling and cannot comment on the matter. After this, project head Sohail Ramani was contacted, then he said- ‘I have nothing new to say in this matter. Whatever it was, has already come in the media. Shailesh is like family to all of us. When he left the show, we all respected his decision.
