Take a peek at the performance of WOZX Coin, a crypto token belonging to one of Apple's founders

Liputan6.com, Jakarta Efforce (WOZX) is the native cryptocurrency token of the energy efficiency platform Efforce. Launched in December 2020, the project and token are the brainchild of Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple.

Reporting from Coinmarketcap, Efforce's main goal is to democratize the energy efficiency industry, which to this day still faces financial problems and global reach.

The WOZX token serves as a medium through which energy savings created on the Efforce platform are tokenized for use by each user.

WOZX Coin Price

Based on data from Coinmarketcap, Monday (25/3/2024) WOZX Coin strengthened 47.53 percent in the last 24 hours. The price of WOZX Coin is currently at IDR 142.82 with a trading volume in the last 24 hours of IDR 2.4 billion.

WOZX Coin has a market capitalization of around IDR 75.2 billion. To date, there has been a circulating supply of 527.1 million WOZX Coins out of a maximum supply of 1 billion coins.

Founder of Efforce

As the name suggests, (WOZX) was founded and developed by Steve Wozniak, the IT mogul who is known throughout the world for co-founding Apple with Steve Jobs.

Wozniak had stated at the time that one of his main goals would be to improve energy efficiency in emerging technologies, with Apple set to focus on smaller, more efficient machines.

Efforce continues that ethos, with an official press release at launch describing the product as “the first decentralized platform that enables everyone to participate in and financially benefit from energy efficiency projects around the world, and create meaningful environmental change.”

The other company founders, Jacopo Vanetti and Andrea Castiglione, have more than a decade of experience in the energy efficiency industry.
