Apart from the SEA Games Contingent, PB ESI Prepares Bonuses for Medal Winners

– The Indonesian Esports General Manager (PB ESI) officially released the Esports National Team (Timnas) to go compete in the 32nd SEA Games Cambodia 2023. The release was led by the PB ESI Daily Chair, Commissioner General of Police Bambang Sunarwibowo and was attended by athletes and coaches who will depart for Phnom Penh, Cambodia, on May 5.

PB ESI Daily Chairperson, Bambang Sunarwibowo, through his message full of motivation encouraged all members of the national team to give maximum effort during the 32nd SEA Games Cambodia 2023 to produce the highest achievements.

“We hope, through optimal achievements at the 32nd SEA Games Cambodia 2023, esports athletes who are the pride of the nation can inspire the next generation of fighters to participate in advancing the esports ecosystem in the country, and further strengthen the existence of esports as an achievement sport in Indonesia,” he said during the conference. press at the PB ESI Office in Jakarta, Wednesday (3/5/2023).

“We also hope that the achievements made will further enhance the actions of Indonesian esports in the global esports arena, both at this round of the SEA Games and in subsequent matches in the future. As a form of appreciation, PB ESI has prepared bonuses for athletes who have won medals and make Indonesia proud on the world stage,” he said.

Chairman of the Indonesian National Esports Team for the 32nd SEA Games Cambodia 2023 Tjahjono Prasetyanto in his report added that the whole series of Pelatnas activities had gone well. The national team is ready to compete in Cambodia.

The national team that was selected through all stages of the Pelatnas is the strongest team that is believed to be able to raise the Red and White flag in Cambodia.

“During Pelatnas activities, the team has been equipped with the various supports needed to achieve the target of medals, namely 4 gold, 3 silver and 1 bronze, and even surpassed it. Undoubtedly, with focus and discipline, the National Team can repay the great trust that has been given by all the nation and state of Indonesia,” he concluded.
