Ark Invest ETF Holds Bitcoin Puppet NFT Worth USD 27 Thousand

Liputan6.com, Jakarta – Ark Invest's holdings in bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) cover several inscriptions. Among them is an Ordinal inscription from the “Bitcoin Puppet” digital collectible series worth USD 27,900.

Some spot bitcoin ETFs have inscriptions in their portfolios. Later, an X account linked to Ord.io revealed Ark Invest’s ARKB ETF included “Bitcoin Puppet” NFTs among its assets. The collection consists of 10,001 unique digital dolls, with the base price for one doll currently being 0.39 BTC, or approximately USD 27,913.

This number represents the minimum price at which Bitcoin Puppet is offered for sale. Specifically, ARKB's doll is depicted with a pipe in its mouth, wearing a purple hat, and holding a piece of paper that says “Runnin Bitcoin.” The Bitcoin Puppet inscriptions owned by ARKB amount to 53,159,523 out of a total of 67.99 million.

Launching Bitcoin News, Wednesday (10/4/2024), the ARKB bitcoin fund includes various Ordinal inscriptions in its satoshi collection. Arkham Intelligence has identified the address holding this inscription as belonging to the ARKB series of bitcoin addresses.

Similarly, Blackrock has an Ordinal linked to its bitcoin from the “Speculum Aeternum” series. The base price for items from this collection is currently 0.053 BTC, or approximately USD 3,808. The Bitwise portfolio is also enriched with many inscriptions, with most of them being text-based Ordinals.

Wallets that are publicly associated with a particular organization or organizations that hold large amounts of bitcoin often accept very small bitcoin fractions, known as “dust.” These dusts, while sometimes serving as tokens of donation, can also carry messages or digital collectibles.
