Choi Sung Bong’s body has not yet been buried, no family has appeared to take care of it

Before he died, Choi Sung Bong wrote a farewell letter and apology for the scandal in 2021. At that time he admitted that he had cancer and received donations because of this. But in the end it was discovered that he falsified hospital records.

“The reason I am writing this is to send a letter to fans one last time. If you can read it, it means I’m dead,” wrote Choi Sung Bong.

“I sincerely apologize to those who have suffered because of my foolishness. I am sorry. I am returning all donations made to me over the last two years. Now, I want to pay for my sins with my life,” he wrote.
